This is about as good as it gets also. Perfect joint alignment and a comfortable, although aerodynamic position. The rider's dimensions match the bike frame perfectly. This is an example of an excellent fit. A highly versatile position, this rider could do everything from sprint to ultradistance events in this position. Although not shown, even the rider's position in the base bars (for climbing, braking and cornering) with hands on top of the brake levers was very good.
This is the result of a good set of body measurements combined with the right frame size, design and geometry.
