About as bad as it gets. This position in the base bars is too cramped in all axis. The frame may be a size too small, as well as the reach being too short and the saddle too low. Realistically, nothing about this position is right.
The customer came in with this position and had done several entry level events. We took measurements of the rider and their existing (poorly fit) bike and were able to acheive an excellent fit on a new bike. This illustrates how important proper fit and position is to the entry level rider, as they are the ones most commonly on the wrong bike and in the wrong position.
