This photo is reversed 180 degrees for comparison to the other photos. This is a pure time trail position, very low and aggressive. The knees are well above the elbows. The rider has a long femur making the position very compact overall. Although this is certainly a very fast position aerodynamically, it would be very difficult to use in a multisport setting, with running being difficult after riding like this. This position also mandates good basic cycling technique. Not a triathlon position.
