There is very little correct about this position. This is the "before" picture for a rider being fit for a triathlon bike. Their original position on their existing bike (they didn't buy it from us) is very cramped and far to "tight" for optimal breathing, bike handling and power output. Trying to run after an hour in this position would be very difficult.

This rider needed a completely new bike with appropriate frame geometry and design along with correctly fitted components. The good news about a position like this is that it can only get better.
