An excellent position with an arched "B" back. Not all riders can achieve the flat "A" style back. Everyone is predisposed to either the arched "B" back or the flat "A" back. Trying to make a "B" back into an "A" back is a mistake.
This position has excellent overall joint alignment with a good, powerful posture. Although not as radical as a pure time trial position, it is adequately low for multi-sport aerodynamics and good running performance off the bike. This also represents the versatility of the Cannondale multisport geometry. This is smaller rider, but still a very good fit with some modifications to stem, handlebars, crank, saddle and seatpost.
